Payment Terms

  • Payment is made in advance before lessons commence
  • Packages of 10, 20 and 40 hours are available
  • Parents receive invoices and official receipts
  • Tutors are paid after completed lessons have been verified

Additional Charges

  • Travel outside the tutor's agreed area: at cost or as agreed in advance
  • Public holidays: 1.5× normal hourly rate
  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: full lesson fee may be payable
  • Group tuition (2–5 students): quotation on request

Fees include any applicable Ghana taxes where required by law. Future statutory taxes will be applied in accordance with Ghana Revenue Authority regulations.
