Terms of Service

Our service

Accelerate Tutors, a division of Addison Bosman Ltd, provides online tutoring and a portal for bookings, lesson administration, homework, feedback, and related services. These terms apply to parents, students, tutors, and other portal users.

Accounts and access

Users must provide accurate information, protect their account credentials, and use only the account assigned to them. Parents are responsible for student access where appropriate. Administrators may suspend access where necessary for security, safeguarding, non-payment, or misuse.

Lessons and learning tools

Lesson schedules, cancellations, rescheduling, fees, and tutor expectations are governed by the applicable booking and quality standards. Homework and feedback may be managed in the portal or in a linked Google Classroom. Progress snapshots and optional weekly family digests reflect recorded portal activity and tutor lesson summaries; they do not replace direct support where a concern needs attention. Users must not share lesson links, class invitations, or learning materials with unauthorised people.

Google integrations

Google Calendar and Google Classroom connections are optional. A tutor must connect only a Google account they are authorised to use and must explicitly link the correct class to the correct student booking. Accelerate Tutors may disable an integration where it is misused or presents a safeguarding or privacy risk.

Appropriate use

Users must not misuse the portal, interfere with its security, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that risks a learner's safety, privacy, or learning environment.
